A Bridge of Hope Program Site is a Christian faith-based agency - already serving families on the homeless-to-housing continuum – that utilizes Bridge of Hope’s 3-Way Partnership Model to extend its impact.  Each Program Site operates within the framework of a signed agreement with Bridge of Hope National to serve families and churches in a geographic area. This agreement includes a commitment to the Bridge of Hope Program Model and a shared statement of values as a way to end and prevent homelessness for single mothers and their children.

How can your agency explore starting a Bridge of Hope Program Site? 

  1. Contact us for a free Program Site Start-up Packet plus information to share with others.
  2. Present the Bridge of Hope Program Model to your executive director or board.   (NOTE: we can help you put together materials and, if requested, will be available by phone to further explain the model and answer questions.)
  3. Complete the Bridge of Hope Program Site application.
