Bridge of Hope Lancaster & Chester Counties ends and prevents homelessness for women and children with the help of trained mentoring teams within congregations. Last year, 37 single mothers and their 74 children experienced greater wholeness through professional strength-based case management and through the support of mentors. Over 960 volunteers made this ministry possible. Your donation provides rental assistance and case management for families and provides training for church mentors as they reach out with friendship and emotional support to families in need. Bridge of Hope Lancaster & Chester Counties - the original Bridge of Hope incorporated in 1988 - launched Bridge of Hope National in 2002. Over the past 22 years the lives of over 220 women and more than 450 children have been touched through this ministry.
